Only what the care pathway needs.
Cendara collects the information needed to assess, review, coordinate, support, and audit the Cendara Weight journey. Access is intended to be role-scoped, server-controlled, and limited to people or systems with an approved operational need.
- To prepare and claim a private assessment record.
- To support licensed South African clinician review where the pathway allows continuation.
- To coordinate required lab steps, payment administration, support, audit trails, and patient portal updates.
- To maintain security, fraud prevention, operational quality, and legal records.
Privacy note
Keep sensitive details out of public channels.
- Public contact channels should not include detailed health information, lab values, identity documents, payment secrets, or urgent medical concerns.
- Patient-specific information belongs in the secure portal and role-scoped operational systems.
- Analytics and ad systems must not receive intake answers, lab details, case status, payment health context, or patient identifiers.
- Real patient data collection remains blocked until the required POPIA, vendor, cross-border, security, and launch approvals are complete.
