FAQ
Clear answers before you begin.
Short answers to the questions people usually have before starting a private weight-care assessment.
Is this just about injections?
No. Cendara Weight includes lifestyle support, labs where needed, and clinician review. Medication, including GLP-1 treatment, may be considered only when clinically appropriate.
What if medication is not right for me?
Then it should not be forced. The clinician review decides whether a treatment path is suitable, and some people may need a different kind of care.
Will I get lifestyle support?
Yes. Cendara includes general wellness support around food, movement, routines, and follow-up. It is not a replacement for medical advice from your clinician.
Can I do this privately?
Yes. You start with a private assessment, and sensitive details stay inside secure account and portal steps.
Why do labs matter?
Labs help clinicians review safety and suitability before final decisions. Cendara shows lab status, not raw interpretation, inside the patient experience.
Does payment mean I will be approved?
No. Payment starts the lab and review steps. It does not guarantee approval, prescription, medicine availability, pharmacy fulfilment, or results.
When do I choose a programme?
If screening allows continuation, you can choose a programme after account verification and required consents.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds are based on the parts of a programme that have not yet been provided or incurred, unless applicable law or an approved admin/legal override requires a different result.
Can support make clinical decisions?
No. Support can help with operational questions, documents, billing status, and next steps, but clinical decisions remain clinician-led.
When does delivery happen?
After final approval, prescription requirements, pharmacy acceptance, payment-state checks, and fulfilment processing, the patient portal can show delivery updates.
What if I need urgent care?
Cendara is not an emergency service. If symptoms are urgent, severe, or life-threatening, seek immediate in-person care or contact local emergency services.
What is the Original Brand Review Pathway?
It is the default public label for patients interested in an original brand review pathway where clinically appropriate and available. It is not a public medicine sale or a promise of access.
